Anonymous bidding

The buyer does not see the producer's identity during the auction — only specs, quality, and track record. Prevents disintermediation before the close.

Identity revealed only at auction close

On winning, the producer's identity and IBAN are revealed. There's no commission during launch; afterwards, 1.5% is paid by the buyer via Stripe.

SEPA on close · producer paid in 1-2 business days

The principal amount moves directly from buyer to producer via SEPA. Tradeizi never touches the lot money — only the commission.

The producer publishes a lot with quality parameters, lab reports and optional samples. In minutes.

2 · Verified counterparties compete

Only buyers with an intra-EU VAT validated against VIES. Anonymised identity during the auction.

3 · Contract and commission

At close, the contract is generated and signed via eIDAS. The commission is billed automatically.

5 key questions about how Tradeizi works.

How much does it cost to use Tradeizi?
Listing lots is free. There is no commission during the launch phase — the producer keeps 100%. Afterwards, 1.5% of the closing price, paid by the buyer. No signup fee, no mandatory subscription.
Who guarantees the payment?
The buyer pays the commission via Stripe at auction close. The principal amount moves directly from buyer to producer via SEPA in 1-2 business days. Tradeizi never touches the lot money.
How does eIDAS work?
Contracts are signed electronically via Signaturit with legal validity across the EU (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014). Equivalent to a handwritten signature on paper.
What if the lot has quality issues?
Every lot has a technical sheet and an optional paid sample before the contract. If there's a discrepancy, a formal dispute opens — Tradeizi mediates and, if needed, holds payment until resolution.
How is my identity protected?
During the auction the producer is anonymous — only specs, quality, and track record are visible. Identity is revealed only at auction close, once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
